This years show had been devised by Simon Coleman featuring excerpts from Tony Award Winning shows Shrek The Musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Hello Dolly, The Boyfriend, The Drowsy Chaperone and Mack and Mabel. Choreography by Aaron Gilmore, Val Hemphill and Kylie Norris. Vocal and Drama direction by Paul Barrett, Simon Coleman, Patrick Kelly and Simon Walter.

Simon Coleman appointed As 2010 School Director

Simon Coleman has been appointed the CCMT Summer School Director. Simon is well known in the musical theatre industry. His list of credits and his impressive bio are on this website.

Simon is creative, talented and an outstanding performer and director.

Simon is currently bringing together a team of top performance, vocal and dance coaches for the 2010 school. This ensures that the CCMT Summer School's objective of inspiring students to develop their skills is fully realised.

Senior School 2010 Workshop Series

Building on the outstanding success of the inaugural Senior School Workshops in 2009, a Senior School Workshop Series is available during the period of the CCMT Summer School in January.

This intense Workshop Series is available for a select number of students from school leaving age.

It is aptly sub-titled "Fun for the Serious" as it is designed for those planning a career in music theatre.

Positions are strictly limited to ensure a personalised focus on all applicants selected for this international programme.

Applications for these workshops will be processed and placements made based on the day they are received.

Joseph Murray and Livio Salvi to run our inaugural 2 weekend workshop with Senior Students

Our inaugural 2 weekend workshop to take place during the summer school period is being offered to a small group of participating senior students to work with internationally acclaimed professional performers/teachers Joseph Murray and Livio Salvi.
