Aimee Gray - Singing Tutor
Aimee Gray was born and bred in Auckland, involved with theatre throughout her early years. Shortly before embarking for the UK in 2014, Aimee played 'Sophie' in Auckland Music Theatre's production of Mamma Mia at the Civic Theatre in Auckland. Aimee then completed her Masters in the Practice of Voice and Singing at the prestigious Guildford School of Acting in England and has been teaching for the past year, specialising in the training of young voices for the professional musical theatre stage. Aimee teaches regularly at Sylvia Young Theatre School in Central London and Spirit Young Performers' Company, as well as teaching on the BTec course for Emil Dale Academy in Hertfordshire. Aimee's students are frequently auditioning for and performing in West End productions, so she is constantly seeking to settle the persistent balance between healthy voice use and demands of the industry.
