Michelle Blundell - Acting Tutor
Michelle Blundell is a stage, film and television actress from Auckland. Since graduating from Unitec’s School of Performing and Screen Arts, Michelle has worked in numerous New Zealand stage and screen productions. She is well known for playing the role of Louise Nicholas in Consent – The Louise Nicholas Story, which won Best Television Feature in 2014. Her television credits include Shortland Street, Go Girls, The Almighty Johnsons, Piece of My Heart, and Irirangi Bay. Michelle has an extensive background in theatre performance that includes Silo Theatre’s The Book of Everything, The Real Thing, and Holding the Man, Auckland Theatre Company’s The Crucible, and The Moving Theatre Company’s The Pitchfork Disney.
Michelle has taught drama classes in schools with both primary aged children and young adults. This workshop is recommended for emerging performing artists wanting to develop their theatre skills and those considering future training for the stage and screen.
