James Luck - Dance Tutor
James Luck is a British dancer, director, and choreographer.
Since starting his professional career at 16 as an assistant choreographer on "So You Think You Can Dance" Australia, James has moved fast to become one of New Zealand’s most established young commercial choreographers.
During his international career he has worked with artists such as Sia, Jessie J, Tom Jones, Little Mix (X Factor UK), Elton John (Billy Elliot, West End) and Annie Lennox (London Olympics 2012). Choreographing for celebrity resorts in Europe, Costa Cruise Lines and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers at the O2 Arena in London. He has taught classes and workshops all over the world and was a resident Hip Hop tutor at Pineapple Dance Studios in London.
Since arriving in New Zealand he has become the country's leading male commercial dancer, in high demand for local performances, music videos and stage work. Trained in all forms of dance, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballroom, Latin, Contemporary, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical and Musical Theatre, James is a sought after tutor at top Auckland dance schools.
